Heather Carlson is excited to be part of the cast for the IFCL Film production*, Stop Bullying Me*. Since a young age, Heather has been passionate about the performing arts and has immersed herself in training as a dancer, actress, and model. She majored in Dance and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with honors from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She has performed in dance ensembles in the United States, France, and Belgium. Her passion for acting grew when she participated in student films as part of a New York Film Academy program. In 2011, she was crowned Miss Teen Philippines – Washington, DC by the Ilocano Society of America and in 2012, she performed as a runway model for various fashion lines at the Macy's Summer Showcase Fashion Show in Virginia. She hopes the horror film, *Stop Bullying Me*, will inspire people to realize we're all better off building each other up rather than tearing each other down.
